Meet CJ Kromer
Carey Jason “CJ” Kromer is the founder and owner of KROMER CONTRACTING, a New Jersey-based design-build construction company specializing in custom homes, luxury renovations, architectural millwork, additions, and high-end residential and commercial construction throughout New Jersey and New York.
Much of CJ’s business has been built through repeat clients and referrals; relationships earned by delivering quality work, honoring commitments, and maintaining a high standard from the first meeting through the final walkthrough. More than two decades after opening its doors, CJ continues to build on the same principles that defined the company from the beginning: exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design advice, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

In 2001, he founded KROMER CONTRACTING and has spent the past 25 years growing the company through craftsmanship, reputation, and long-term client relationships.
Raised in Marlboro and now living at the Jersey Shore with his family and his favorite dog, CJ knows Monmouth County inside and out. He’s completed projects across New Jersey and understands the unique character and challenges of each community.
